The Big House Hub is operated by Matthew Scherbing. We collect only the information needed to provide the service you choose.
The Saturday Huddle signup
If you choose to join, we store your email address, consent wording version, signup time, signup source and subscription preference in the website’s hosted database. We use this information for The Saturday Huddle and occasional relevant game-day recommendations. A signup is not an Amazon purchase or an entry into a contest.
The free checklist downloads on this website; it is not automatically emailed. Newsletter delivery is being prepared. You can get the printable without joining, and you can unsubscribe here at any time. Any future newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your email address or publish our subscriber list.
Unsubscribing stops future newsletter sends. We retain a minimal suppression record so you are not accidentally added again. To request deletion or correct your address, email bighousehub@gmail.com. We retain active signup records while the subscription is maintained or until deletion is requested.
Security and service providers
Our hosting and database services process information needed to serve, secure and operate the website. The signup form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests; the form does not store your raw IP address in its subscriber records. Hosting providers may separately retain technical logs under their own policies. Only authorized site operators can access stored signup records. We have not connected a newsletter delivery provider yet.
Links and video
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Amazon have their own privacy policies. The video thumbnail loads from YouTube. Playing the video loads YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which may process information when you interact with it. We have not added advertising trackers or a checkout to this website.
